They took this picture of me today. Or, maybe, yesterday; I can't be sure. The date on the file says today. But Jim's laptop is still on New York time, which leaves the matter doubtful; it could have been yesterday.
My name is Camoos. I'm an existentialist camel from Egypt. I met Julia in Cairo, and decided to travel to Canadia with her to live with the Bears.

and you should chat with jim about the journey camels make from sudan to cairo. i've always wondered if you were in fact a sudanese camel or egyption.
also, can you ask jim if he's read the golden compass yet (and jenn and leone too)? we have an extra copy of it and we are currently having to jettison many belongings and the extra copies of books are reluctantly on this list.
